How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard and Express Post are available at checkout, and every order ships with tracking.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship Australia wide only.

When do preorders ship?
Preorders are dispatched once stock is received and prepared. Release dates shown are supplier estimates and can shift.

My order has preorder and in stock items. When does it ship?
The whole order is held and shipped together once the preorder item arrives. Contact us if you would like a split shipment, additional shipping may apply.

How do you grade card condition?
All singles are graded conservatively against our condition guide, inspected under bright light and at multiple angles. See the Card Condition Guide for exactly what each grade means.

Are your products genuine?
Every item we sell is 100% genuine. We are Australian owned and operated, based on the Gold Coast, and fully comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Can I return an item?
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund or replacement and we cover return shipping. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, and approved non fault returns attract a 15% restocking fee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Read the full refund and return policy.
