Groovy Collectables ships Australia wide from the Gold Coast. Every order is tracked. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. During major set releases and sale periods dispatch can run to the top of that window.
Standard and Express Post are available at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Delivery times after dispatch are set by Australia Post and vary by destination. Express Post is the fastest option for time-sensitive orders.
Preorders are dispatched once stock is received and prepared. Release dates shown on product pages are supplier estimates and can shift. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the whole order is held and shipped together once the preorder item arrives. If you would like the in-stock items sooner, contact us for a split shipment, additional shipping may apply.
Single cards are sleeved and shipped in rigid protection so they arrive in the condition listed. Every single is graded conservatively against our Card Condition Guide before it ships. Sealed product is packed so it cannot move in transit.
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on at checkout that covers loss, theft or damage in transit, with a fast replacement or refund if anything goes wrong. If you did not add Shipping Protection and your parcel has an issue in transit, contact us and we will help you lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details, or start a return here.
