Groovy Collectables ships orders within Australia and internationally where available.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page

  • Pre-orders are processed and dispatched once stock is received and prepared for shipment

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to unforeseen operational delays

Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and commence once an order has been dispatched

  • Delivery delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other factors outside our control do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Groovy Collectables is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements are only issued where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Signature on Delivery

We reserve the right to require signature-on-delivery for high-value orders or orders flagged for verification to ensure secure receipt.
