Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. We cover return shipping for these returns. Contact us or start a return within 30 days of delivery.
For card condition claims, our singles are graded conservatively against the Card Condition Guide. If you believe a card does not match its listed condition, start a return and include photos, we review every claim against the guide.
Change of mind returns are accepted on sealed, unopened product only, within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unopened condition. A 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is at your cost.
Single cards, graded cards and opened product cannot be returned for change of mind.
Start your return through our returns portal. You will need your order number and the email you ordered with. The portal issues an Australia Post return label, and drop-off at any post office is all you need to do.
Please pack your return securely. Single cards must be in a sleeve and toploader or between two pieces of rigid cardboard. Returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may receive a reduced refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. With one-of-a-kind singles and fast-moving sealed stock we cannot hold inventory against a return. A refund plus a new order achieves the same result, and store credit is issued fastest.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch it. Orders cancelled for change of mind after payment may attract the 15% restocking fee.
