Cancellation policy

Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through Groovy Collectables, including standard purchases, pre-orders, and payment plan options.

Order Cancellations (Standard Orders)

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking and administration fee

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order with Groovy Collectables, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Pre-orders are placed based on confirmed supplier allocations, however allocations and release dates may change due to factors outside our control

  • Estimated release dates are provided as guidance only and may change due to manufacturing delays, logistics issues, customs clearance, or distributor requirements

  • Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Pre-order cancellations requested before dispatch may be approved at our discretion and are subject to a 15% restocking and administration fee

  • Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

  • Pre-orders are otherwise considered final sale, except where required under Australian Consumer Law

If a supplier cancels or materially reduces an allocation, affected orders will be refunded in full.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise arranged with us. Additional shipping charges may apply if split shipment is requested.

Payment Methods

Choosing a payment method, including Afterpay or PayPal, does not alter eligibility for cancellations, refunds, or returns. All requests are assessed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
