Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard and Express Post are available at checkout, with rates calculated from your address and order size. Every order is shipped with tracking. We ship Australia wide only.
Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout and covers loss, theft or damage in transit, with fast replacement or refund if anything goes wrong.
All orders are carefully packed at our Gold Coast store. Singles ship in protective sleeves, and sealed product is packed to arrive in collectable condition.
Preorders are dispatched once stock is received and prepared. Orders containing both preorder and in stock items are held and shipped together once the preorder arrives.
Every item we sell is 100% genuine. We are Australian owned and operated, based on the Gold Coast, and fully comply with Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund or replacement and we will cover return shipping.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Approved non fault returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and items must be unopened and in original condition.
